But when I deploy it to QA server, I am getting a pop up to enter login credentials for database connection. I am using the same connection string for dev and qa.
The main report and sub report uses a SQL command from a Pervasive database (through an oledb connection) as shown in the picture below. For privacy, I've changed the database name to DBNAME. I installed SAP Crystal Reports Runtime Redistributable 13.02 on the client computer. Obviously, I have the developer version on my computer.
The problem is in Crystal Report login info. before showing the report you have to set login info to all tables which are included in main report and their sub reports. You are using Disconnected Datasource Report Show method. so you don't need to provide login info to report document. your problem is here.

From crystal reports, open a previously created crystal report. Run the report and I get a prompt for ODBC (RDO) connection information and it asks for three items SERVER NAME, USER ID and PASSWORD (instead of the usual COMPANY ID, USER ID and PASSWORD). When I move over the custom crystal forms, some of them are prompting for a sa password before running. I have checked all my database connections. There is one difference between the two database connections - when I view the properties the one prompting for the sa password does not show a database.

I have created several reports that access tables that reside in a SQL Server 2000 database. I am running Crystal Reports 8.5 with the distribution feature installed.
